Gigbuilder Games

For DJs and entertainers

Weeknights
are gigs now.

Bingo, trivia and music bingo you run from your laptop or tablet. The venue's TV becomes the game show, the crowd plays on their phones or on printed cards, and you get booked every week instead of every wedding season.

Included with Gigbuilder Pro and up. Free for 14 days, no payment info.

The bingo big screen mid-game: the pattern to play, the called balls on the board, the join code with a QR, and the current call, N 36.
  • 66,898 trivia questions
  • 42 categories
  • 9,452 songs
  • 8,331 music videos
  • 85 HitList playlists
  • 20 bingo patterns
  • 11 card colors
  • Phones or paper
  • No app to install

You already own the rig.
This fills the calendar.

  1. A standing booking

One venue, every Tuesday, is fifty-two nights a year. Game night is the gig that comes back.

  2. The venue keeps the crowd

Players stay for the next round, and the one after. That is two more hours of tabs the bar can see.

  3. Their sponsors, on the big screen

The venue's specials and local sponsors rotate on the TV between calls. Something extra you can sell.

  4. Phones or paper, nothing to argue

Every player picks: daub on their own phone, or play a standard printed card. Check Card settles every win against the calls, so the room believes it.

Three games. One laptop.

Switch between them on the same night. The room never sees a loading screen.

Game 01

Bingo

The classic, run like a game show. You call, the TV lights up, and every player daubs on their phone or on a printed card.

  • Phones or paper: players join on their phone, or play standard printed cards
  • 20 patterns plus host's choice, from one line to cover-all
  • 11 card colors, so every round looks different on the TV
  • Check Card verifies a win in seconds
  • Prize games between rounds: Wheel of Fortune, Jackpot Slots and Lucky Draw
  • Auto-draw with a spoken caller when you need your hands free
The bingo big screen: the 2 Lines Anywhere pattern on the board, N 43 just called, the last six calls across the top, the join code with a QR, and the venue's specials scrolling along the bottom. A player's bingo card on their phone at Cannon Club: N 33 just called, recent calls along the top, daubed squares and a big BINGO button.

Game 02

Trivia

Pub trivia, run like a show. Teams answer on their phones or on printed answer sheets, the TV keeps score, and you keep the room moving.

  • 66,898 questions in 42 categories, from history to television
  • Every round style: multiple choice, true or false, picture rounds
  • Music rounds: Name That Tune and Name the Artist
  • Ready-made games, or customize your own rounds in the designer
  • Phones or paper: printed answer sheets for teams, and an answer key for you
The trivia big screen at Corrigan's Pub: a multiple-choice question, four colored answers, the team leaderboard, a countdown and the QR code to join. The same trivia question on a team's phone, with the four answers to tap and the time left.

Game 03

HitList music bingo

Bingo where the card is song titles. You play the track, the video runs on the big screen, and the room sings along while it hunts for the title.

  • 9,452 songs, 8,331 of them with the music video
  • 85 themed playlists: 80s pop, 90s club, rock legends, Y2K and more
  • Phones or paper: players join on their phone, or you print the cards
  • The same bingo patterns, so regulars already know how to win
The HitList big screen: the 1 Line Anywhere board with songs marked, Time After Time by Cyndi Lauper now playing with its album art, the last songs played, and the QR code to play.

Built in

A DJ mixer, right in the console

Play the whole night from the same console. Warm up the room before the first game, keep it moving through the games, and run the dance set after last call. No second app, no second device.

  • Two decks with waveforms, cue and a crossfader
  • Plays all night, with or without a game running
  • Auto-mix runs through a playlist on its own while you work the room
  • 85 prebuilt playlists, or build your own
  • The same 9,452 songs, searchable by title or artist
  • Sound effects on tap: airhorn, ding, ball shake and more
The built-in DJ mixer: deck A playing What a Fool Believes, deck B cued with Only the Good Die Young, a crossfader, and a Yacht Rock playlist below.

One console runs the room.

Every game runs from the same host screen. Start a round, call the next ball or play the next song, check a card, score a team, award a prize, fire a sound effect or open the mixer. Big buttons, built for a dark room and one free hand.

The bingo host console: game controls and the AI caller voice down the left, N 43 called in the centre with the last three balls, the 2 Lines Anywhere pattern, actions and sound effects, and the full 75-ball board below.
Call the balls yourself or switch on auto-draw with a spoken caller. Change the pattern mid-game, check a card and award the prize.
The trivia host console: Start round 3 at Corrigan's Pub, the five questions for the round, actions and sound effects on the right, and the teams with their scores below.
Start each round, show or hide the answers, then score any team with a tap. Teams can join on their phones or play on paper.
The HitList host console: Tom Sawyer by Rush now playing, Next Song and Replay, the pattern and Check a Card controls, the songs played so far, and the TV controls.
Play the next song or its video, see everything that has played, check a card, and switch the TV between the game, the pregame and the pattern.

How a night runs

Three screens, and only one of them is yours to worry about.

  1. Put the game on the TV

Open the big screen and cast it to the venue's TV. It shows the calls, the prizes and the sponsors, and tells the room where to join all night.

  2. They join in one step

Scan the QR code on the TV, or go to bargames.live and type the game code. No app, no account, no email. Someone who walks in during round three is playing thirty seconds later. Rather play on paper? Hand them a printed card.

  3. You run it from the console

Draw, pause, check a card, award a prize, cue the next game. Big buttons, because you are doing this in the dark with a mic in your other hand.

Three friends at a bar table laughing with their phones out, mid-round.
About forty minutes in.

Questions DJs ask

Do players need to download an app?

No. Players scan the QR code on the TV with their phone camera, or go to bargames.live and type in the game code shown on screen. No app, no account and no email.

What does it cost?

It is included with Gigbuilder Pro or higher. You can try it free for 14 days without entering any payment information.

What equipment do I need?

A laptop, Chromebook or tablet with a web browser and a video out (HDMI, or USB-C to HDMI), the venue's TV over HDMI or casting, and wifi. Players who drop off the wifi rejoin where they left off.

Can players use paper instead of phones?

Yes, and they can mix in the same game. Every player chooses: play on their own phone, or on a standard printed card. Bingo and HitList cards print, and trivia has printed answer sheets plus an answer key for the host.

Can I write my own trivia questions?

Yes. Start from a ready-made game or customize the rounds and questions yourself in the designer.

How do I know a bingo is real?

The server checks every claimed card against the balls actually called, so a win is confirmed in seconds and never argued about.

See it run.

Tell us a little about your business and we will set up a live demo, with a game on the screen, before your next gig.
